This website is provided by ETK Consultant to describe available services and to allow prospective and existing clients, partners and suppliers to submit requests. Submitting a form does not create a binding contract; a signed proposal, statement of work or purchase order is required before work begins.

Information on this site, including outputs from the ETK Universal Intake or Solution Engine, is preliminary and directional only. It does not constitute binding technical, legal, tax or regulatory advice. Services requiring specific professional credentials are performed only by appropriately qualified individuals or approved professional partners.
Security Testing Authorization
Any request for penetration testing, vulnerability assessment or other offensive security services requires that the requester confirm they own the target environment or hold documented authorization to request testing on it.
Government Contracting Representations
Commercial projects referenced on this site are labeled as Commercial Past Performance and are never represented as government contracts. Certifications and government credentials are displayed only once verified by ETK administration.
